I love this fresh & flavourful gut-healthy blueberry, basil & kombucha blend.

The blueberries and basil pair beautifully and you get a wonderful creaminess from the frozen cauliflower (trust me!) and coconut milk.  Better still, it’s packed with all the goods — micronutrients, fibre, healthy fats, protein, and pre & probiotics too!

PEAS PLEASE

PEAS PLEASE

Yup, that's right — a green pea smoothie!!

As a kid, I loved to pick the pods from the garden and eat the little sun-warmed gems straight-up!

APPLE RHUBARB CRISP SMOOTHIE

APPLE RHUBARB CRISP SMOOTHIE

We love rhubarb season at my house!  This is a nutritious and delicious smoothie inspired by one of my husband's favourite desserts.

Fresh raw rhubarb is extremely low in calories, being composed of 95% water. It is a good source of vitamins including K & C as well as dietary fiber.  In fact, 100g of raw rhubarb contains only 21 calories but 5 g of fibre. It also contains additional phytocompounds including anthraquinones which can help with constipation and blood sugar regulation and are believed to have anti-cancer properties.
