Matcha green tea powder is another antioxidant powerhouse. One of its antioxidants, EGCg, is widely recognized for its anti-cancer properties. Matcha is also used to induce a sense of calm while simultaneously boosting energy, concentration, memory and metabolism.
For 2 servings, blend together until smooth:
1.5 cups unsweetened almond or nut-free milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup steamed-then-frozen cauliflower
1/2 large ripe avocado
