My chicklets adore peaches, and we go through baskets of them during peach season! This creamy peach & coconut shake is crazy simple and tastes as beautiful as it looks!
For 2 servings, blend together until smooth:
- 2 cups diced fresh peaches
- 1 cup canned organic coconut milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- pure stevia, raw honey or maple syrup to sweeten as desired
For an optional protein boost, add 2-4 Tbsp gluten-free shelled hemp hearts or 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder of choice.
