Raspberries and grapefruit are a match made in heaven.  With some superfoods thrown in for good measure, this vegan smoothie bowl is so nutritious and delicious that I wouldn't hesitate to call it divine!

For 3 servings, blend together until smooth:

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries

  • 1 1/2 cups peeled, chopped, and deseeded red grapefruit

  • a splash of coconut milk

  • 1 Tbsp acai powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp chlorella powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)

  • Lakanto monkfruit sweetener, pure stevia, or raw honey (nonvegan), adjusted to taste

  • optional toppings: frozen raspberries, unsweetened desiccated coconut, homemade granola, macadamia nuts, or toppings of choice
