Raspberries and grapefruit are a match made in heaven.  With some superfoods thrown in for good measure, this vegan smoothie bowl is so nutritious and delicious that I wouldn't hesitate to call it divine!

For 3 servings, blend together:

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1.5 cups red grapefruit (peeled,chopped and seeds removed)
  • a splash of coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp acai powder
  • 1 Tbsp chlorella powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pure stevia or agave to sweeten as desired

Here I have topped it with frozen raspberries, shredded coconut, homemade granola and macadamia nuts (optional).
