GREEN MELON MAGIC SMOOTHIE

This refreshing honeydew melon smoothie delivers some superfood magic thanks to the watercress and matcha.  And the healthy fats, protein and fibre keep the body happy and satisfied for hours!

For 2 servings, blend together until smooth:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (I like to use my Almond Cow to make homemade plant-based milk)

  • 1 1/2 cups diced ripe or frozen honeydew melon

  • 1/2 cup frozen green grapes

  • handful of fresh watercress

  • 1/4 to 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Nuzest Clean Lean vanilla or natural protein powder (optional)

  • 1/2 to 1 tsp matcha powder (optional)

  • Lakanto monkfruit sweetener, raw honey (nonvegan), or pure stevia, adjusted to taste
