This superfood and protein-boosted detox blend with romaine lettuce will keep your brain & body happy and well-fuelled all morning!

For 2 servings, blend together until smooth:

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut water
  • 2 handfuls romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup frozen green grapes (omit for low carb)
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup hemp protein or one scoop gluten-free natural protein powder of choice
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp chlorella powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder (optional)
  • squeeze of fresh lemon 
  • pure stevia or raw honey (nonvegan) to sweeten as desired
