"ROMAINE" HAPPY SMOOTHIE

This protein-boosted lettuce blend will keep your brain & body happy and well-fuelled all morning!

For 2 servings, blend together until smooth:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut water

  • 2 handfuls romaine lettuce

  • 1 cup frozen green grapes (optional, omit for low-carb)

  • 1 cup diced cucumber

  • 1/2 ripe or frozen avocado

  • 2 to 4 Tbsp hemp protein or 2 Tbsp Nuzest Clean Lean Just Natural or Smooth Vanilla protein powder

  • 1 to 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 to 1 tsp high-grade matcha powder (optional)

  • 1/2 to 1 tsp chlorella powder (optional)

  • squeeze of fresh lemon juice
