Let this superfood-boosted porridge soak overnight for a super quick & nutritious gluten-free breakfast in the morning!

For 4 servings, combine the following:

  • 1 cup gluten-free steel-cut oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp gluten-free ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp each of ground ginger, cardamom and cinnamon

Cover and refrigerate overnight.  In the morning, stir and serve with your favourite toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, puffed quinoa and almond butter.  Add non-dairy milk and/or a drizzle of maple syrup as desired.
