For 1 serving, blend together until smooth:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 to 1 cup diced fresh oranges
1/2 frozen banana
2 Tbsp pure pumpkin purée (adjust to taste)
1 Tbsp almond butter
2 Tbsp shelled gluten-free hemp seeds
1 tsp gelatinized maca powder (optional)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
pinch each of nutmeg and black pepper
optional pure maple syrup or stevia to sweeten to taste
optional ice to make cold and frothy
