Kiwis are loaded with vitamins, fibre and antioxidants.  In this smoothie, I have blended them with kefir for its probiotic benefits, along with frozen banana, grapes & some amazing superfoods for a wonderfully sweet, tangy and healthy treat!

For 2 servings, blend together until smooth:

  • 1 cup canned organic coconut milk* 
  • 1/2 cup kefir (coconut or other milk-based kefir)
  • 3-4 fresh kiwi (just over 1 cup peeled and diced)
  • 1/2 cup frozen green grapes
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup raw shelled pistachios (optional)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp chlorella powder
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
  • pure stevia or agave to sweeten as desired

*Notes: For a lighter shake, substitute coconut water.
